Owner/Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Morgan, the owner of Wildwood Counseling. I am a holistic psychotherapist and whole-heartedly believe that comprehensive healing comes from honoring your mind, body, and soul. I believe that when we are more connected to ourselves, others, and our environment, we are our wisest self.
You are the expert of your experience and my role is to support you through the healing process, utilizing a combination of approaches that are tailored to you. I have been a practicing psychotherapist since 2015 and have worked in a multitude of mental health settings including inpatient rehab, inpatient psychiatric care, hospital emergency departments, schools, detention centers, and outpatient clinics. Within these settings, I have provided both individual and group therapy, as well as crisis counseling and assessment.
I am deeply passionate about supporting women who are healing from and navigating trauma and anxiety. I also enjoy supporting associate level therapists and interns in their own therapeutic work.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two rescue pups, Huey Lewis and Simone. Some of my interests include: gardening, reading, yoga, and live music.

My Approach and Process
A Holistic Approach
I will acknowledge you as a whole person—mind, body, and spirit, not just a symptom or disorder—expanding your growth potential and encouraging a better quality of life.
a safe space
I am dedicated to providing a private, non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you can feel safe in exploring both the pleasant and unpleasant parts of life and make long-lasting changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.
Everyday Mindfulness
Mindfulness is at the foundation of my counseling, encouraging my clients and myself to engage in daily practices that help us be more present, breath by breath, minute by minute. I have maintained a daily meditation practice for the past several years and have experienced the profound effects these practices can have on our psyche.
